The Integral Agreement/Lease module is  used to manage information about leases, royalties, contracts and other agreements related to your properties and facilities. The  type of information that is tracked in this module includes:

• General Information:  is the agreement an income or expense, is it active or expired, who are the parties involved, and many other data fields.
• Lease terms and Conditions: track conditions, payment schedules, amendments, involved parties and so on. This tab is tailored to match the differing business processes attributed to Leases, Royalties and Agreements.
• Track Payments: track the actual payments made or received from an agreement. 
• Notifications: setup single and recurring tasks and setup email reminders for each of these tasks.
• Contacts: Manage all your contacts related to the agreement
• Documents: Maintain an electronic copy of the original and all subsequent versions of the agreement

All dates such as effective dates, expiration dates, notification dates, due dates, payment dates and date paid can all be connected to the Task Tracking and email reminder module. Never again miss a renewal date or payment date . The system also allows you to associate one or more properties and facilities with the specific record to identify throughout the system to what this lease, royalty or agreement relates.  ENKON has just released a "Lite" version of this module. For organizations with lower data storage requirements and a small number of users, the "Lite" version will likely meet your requirements, at a fraction of the cost of our Enterprise edition.
