Information about your sites, properties and facilities are managed using the Site, Property and Facility Profile forms. These forms have a number of tabs of information, where each tab is a logical grouping of information and is displayed as a separate web page. The information that can be tracked includes:
Leased, owned and optioned properties can all be included into Integral, including their status such as active and inactive. The Photo and Document tabs provide the user with the ability to store an unlimited number of photos and documents for any property and facility such as real estate and environmental documents. The Integral application has over 20 pages that are used to manage information related to your sites, properties and facilities.
On the site form, a series of tabs are used to summarize all of the information related to the site. For example, easily see all permits or agreements that have been associated with that site.
Acquisition/Divestment The Integral Land Management application suite includes a number of forms that can track an acquisition or divestment process for your properties and facilities. The function of the Acquisition Profile Form is to track the process of property/facility purchase to ensure that all steps are followed correctly and fully. Each prospective acquisition is assigned a unique name and ID, which allows your company to retain preliminary information about property and facility prospects whether or not they are actually acquired.
