If you are a mining or aggregate company, our Reserves module will of interest to you. A Reserve represents one or more types of material located on a property, such as sand and gravel. The module tracks the total weight of material extracted from the site over time, the type, make-up and quality of the material, and the estimated remaining years of production. This information will supports operational decision-making  about leasing and disposal opportunities once the Reserve is exhausted. The land management application suite includes three options for tracking the exploitation of reserves, depending on whether company policy dictates that premium and non-premium materials are tracked separately, or whether proven, probable and potential figures are used.

Exploitation of reserves relates directly to licenses and permits to ensure that no work is carried out without the authorization of a valid and up-to-date license or permit. This in turn connects the reserve to the property on which it resides, so that a complete network of relationships between physical land assets and their administrative paperwork is maintained automatically within Integral.
