The Regulatory Compliance & Task Tracking module stores information on permits, approvals, certificates and licenses in a consistent and logically organized fashion. Electronic copies of the documents and any reporting or monitoring information can be stored right with the permit record, and all the information collected is linked into an easily used Report Writer. Reports on single or multiple permits can be produced for single locations or across business units on an as-needed basis. Add all the obligations and tasks that need to be done to meet compliance and you have a complete management system for compliance.

The Compliance module has the following key functional components:

Track key permit dates, like expiration and renewal dates
Enter key permit contacts
Upload permit documents and keep detailed notes about permit related issues
Enter important permit obligations / conditions and link these to tasks
Track multiple tasks (single or recurring) related to a permit
Email reminders using numerous recurrence patterns
Our New Standard Task Report will generate metrics by Site and by individuals
View tasks by day, week or by month

ENKON has just released a "Lite" version of the module. For users with low storage requirements or a small number of users, the "Lite" version will likely meet your requirements at a fraction of the cost of our enterprise edition.

The components that are included in our Regulatory Compliance and Task Tacking module are:

Component	Description
Regulatory Compliance Forms	A set of forms used to enter detailed information about a permit, license, approval, certificate, etc. that includes a tab to add tasks to the entity.
Task Forms	The main forms that are used to add and edit tasks and recurrence patterns.
Email reminder forms	The main forms to add email reminders.
Summary Grid	A grid that shows all tasks for a user over a specific timeframe, emailed to the user once per week. This grid can be displayed by user, or by Site.
Update Grid	Same as the Summary Grid but allows the user to easily mark tasks completed. The link to this page is used in emails.
Calendar View	Shows tasks on a calendar by week and month
Task Spreadsheet	A powerful spreadsheet view that allows bulk adding, copying and moving of tasks around in the system. This component is also used to add task templates to the system.
Task Report Wizard	To create reports and metrics using a wizard that allows selection of filters and tasks fields to be reported out on.
Compliance Scorecard	A utility to show metrics on an Annual, Monthly and Weekly basis, for individuals and sites.
Search	A web page used to search for tasks meeting specific filtering criteria.
Multiple Task Changer	A utility to bulk change task owners and task manager names and/or responsibilities.
User Re-Assignment	A second utility to simplify changing all tasks from one task owner/manager to another.
Scheduled Task Reporting	A wizard that is used to setup the automatic generation of Task Reports, which are sent by email.
Ad Hoc Report Writer	All fields in the Regulatory Compliance and Task Tracking modules are exposed to the Ad Hoc Report Writer. A user can create reports and/or export data using any field in the database. Report templates can also be created.
Email Reminders and Notification System	The system that is used for email notifications based on specific triggers such as completion dates.
User Access Control	Viridian has very granular control over the security rights to the different forms and components in the system.
Site and Facilities forms	These forms are part of the core framework of the Viridian system. They can include a Tab to add Tasks and email reminders.
