Viridian can be used to manage different aspects of your stormwater monitoring programs. This includes:

Stormwater Inspections

ENKON's stormwater module is used to track stormwater inspection programs.  It has the  following  features:

• Each inspection event is recorded and is directly linked to its corresponding Site and Facility.
• The stormwater inspection records  contain responses to a standardized set of questions developed by the organization.
• A mechanism is available so that the Plant Manager, Operational Manager and Environmental Manager can be identified for each Facility.
• The module manages the process of capturing electronic signatures required for each inspection record.
• Email notices  facilitate workflows and provide alerts when tasks are not completed according to internal deadlines.
• A reports page is available so that each month the Environmental Manager can determine which Facilities have not filed an inspection report. 
• The task web component is configured and integrated into the Stormwater Inspection form, thus enabling task tracking for stormwater corrective action tasks and invoking the other standard features of task tracking (e.g., Summary Grids, Individual task email reminders, etc.).
• All fields are available in the Report Writer.

Managing Analytical Data from Stormwater Sampling

The Stormwater module can manage the analytical data that is collected from your stormwater sampling programs. The module allows the user to setup any number of sampling sites, the parameters to be analyzed for at each Site and the methods used. Daily, weekly, monthly, etc. programs can be added in the module.

Stormwater Permit and SWPPP's

The Permit module within enviroLIS can be used to store key details about your company's Stormwater Permits and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.  Specific tasks can be entered to remind Environmental Managers or Operations staff about key dates, like permit renewals or plan recertifications, as well as ongoing monitoring and reporting tasks.  Likewise, Supervisors can log-in to Viridian to ensure these tasks are being completed and compliance is being maintained at the company's various locations.
