ENKON provides Software-as-a-Service, which means that ENKON maintains all hardware and software in our data center and provides all IT support to ensure that the system is operational 24/7.  Some of the advantages of taking this approach are:

• Faster Deployment: The system will be deployed in a more timely fashion if the deployment is in our Data Center as no training of IT staff is required.
• More Cost-effective and Timely Updates: Numerous patches and updates to the system will be deployed during the implementation stage of the project. The process to migrate the code to live servers is much more cost effective and timelier.
• Focus IT Staff on Core Dependencies: No training of your IT staff will be required on the maintenance of our software solutions in a hosted solution. This will not take them away from supporting core systems of your operation. The system is fairly complex and would require a strong training commitment from the IT department if deployed in house.
• Easier Access to Expertise: ENKON’s staff are specialists in every aspect of the enviroLIS application. This expertise is immediately available to rectify any problems and available on a daily basis and staff will have direct access to the server securely located within the same building.
• Advanced System Monitoring: ENKON maintains a suite of application monitors to ensure that every component of our software is available 24/7. 
• Higher Availability: High availability of the system is maintained by ENKON as we have a Service Level Agreement to meet. The same level of commitment is often not met for internal non-core systems.
• Easier Data Migration: ENKON’s team of data processing experts can manage and oversee the upload of information into the system and provide a full turnkey solution if necessary.
